ART AND THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION
Talk therapy is valuable for the matters we can process in words, while art allows us to express the emotions that defy description. In order to grow and heal, we need space for both—because expressing ourselves allows us to use our whole brain. It’s a critical element of brain integration, recovery, and growth.
At Create, we offer both in-person and virtual integrative mental health and art-therapy experiences. Reach out today to learn more!

A SPACE TO HEAL & GROW
Through depth-oriented, integrative therapy, you can create space to care for yourself with the same love you give to others, show up authentically in relationships, and cultivate self-acceptance—even for the parts you tend to hide. Together, we’ll explore how to communicate your needs without shame, release the weight of the past, and open the door to new possibilities. This work invites transformation: turning anger into understanding, and honoring grief while gently moving forward.

HEALING IS NATURAL
Your mind and body are designed to seek balance and wholeness. My approach is rooted in experiential techniques that help you access the wisdom of your body to create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll move beyond simply understanding your root issues and patterns—we’ll work to release the old wounds, establish healthy boundaries, and help you evolve into the next version of yourself.
Your growth doesn't have to be a solo project. I’m here to witness, guide, and support you every step of the way. Vulnerability, though often uncomfortable, can be one of the most powerful and healing experiences when shared with someone you trust.
Through personalized, depth-oriented therapy, we can:
-
Reduce stress, shame, and overwhelm.
-
Challenge and remove self-limiting beliefs.
-
Help you grow in alignment with your authentic self.
You're not the only one who feels this way!
-
You give endlessly others, but to struggle to receive from others
-
Your authentic voice feels muffled, often hidden behind layers of doubt
-
Sometimes emotions build up until they spill over onto your loved ones
-
You absorb the energy and problems of others, feeling weighed down
-
Parts of your identity remain hidden out of fear of not being accepted or having a place to belong
-
You've faced painful goodbyes, and touching the grief feels too raw
HEALING THROUGH CONNECTION
Many of my clients share how transformative our work together has been. They’ve experienced profound shifts—less conflict in their relationships, the courage to make bold decisions, a newfound ability to handle life’s challenges, and a gentler, more compassionate relationship with themselves.
This kind of growth is possible for you, too. Let’s explore your path forward, together.

INTEGRATIVE THERAPY
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re unsure where to begin. I’m here to help you find your voice and get to the root of what’s holding you back.
Our work is gentle yet deep, focused on shifting outdated patterns and building practical, personalized tools for daily life. Using memory reconsolidation and a polyvagal-informed approach, we support your nervous system and create lasting, transformational change in yourself, your life, and your world.

ART THERAPY
I’ll guide you in creating personalized, healing art to release painful emotions, reduce stress, build confidence, and gain new perspective. No experience is needed—if you can draw a stick figure, you can benefit from art therapy.
Sessions might involve making art, reflecting on art, or bringing in pieces created outside of therapy — anything from simple doodles to complex artistic statements. Whether used on its own or alongside talk therapy, art becomes a powerful tool for insight and transformation.

VISUAL JOURNALING GROUP
This biweekly art group offers a nurturing space for all—whether you create regularly or are just beginning. Together, we explore visual journaling as a way to process experiences, experiment with materials, and relieve stress.
Each session includes a warm-up, open art time, and a meaningful group share. All materials are provided (just bring your journal), along with tea and filtered water. Join us in person on Tuesdays from 6–7:30pm to connect, create, and grow in meaningful ways through expressive art.
