This 6 week art circle will focus on exploring how watercolor can help us release anxious energy, process situations and soothe emotions.
Each session will start with a community ritual and intention setting, followed by active art making time, and written or verbal processing. The group will explore how playing with color, gesture, and fluidity images to come from the inside-out.
All adults welcome. No watercolor experience is needed. Facilitated by Emily.

During sessions, teens will share the songs that they listen to daily and make them who they are, they may make music about emotions which are hard to express with words, and within a supportive environment, they will write lyrics about their life experiences to help them process and express. Ultimately, by finding voice musically, one can find their voice personally. In doing so, one can improve mood, relationships with others, sense of pride in self, and engagement in life overall.
Faciliated by Morgan.

Songwriting for teens
An eight week drama group for self-identifying women. In this group, we will explore our relationship to perfection and how we can accept our imperfection by nurturing a compassion practice. This group is designed for those struggling with feeling not good-enough or blocked in their self-acceptance journey.
Participants will use embodied, dramatic techniques, that involve low risk taking in a safe-enough environment. One does not need to have dramatic "skill" or "talent" to participate in this group, nor do they need to be “outgoing.”
Facilitated by Susie.
