During sessions, teens will share the songs that they listen to daily and make them who they are, they may make music about emotions which are hard to express with words, and within a supportive environment, they will write lyrics about their life experiences to help them process and express. Ultimately, by finding voice musically, one can find their voice personally. In doing so, one can improve mood, relationships with others, sense of pride in self, and engagement in life overall.
