YOUTH Therapy

I help kids and teens learn to believe in themselves while navigating life changes.

I work in youth's natural languages - art and play. Kids and teens enjoy coming to therapy where they can have an encouraging, contained, and private space to process emotions and life experiences.

Our work together is gentle, encouraging, and nurturing.

Kids and teens learn to

  • regulate their emotions

  • have stronger self-esteem

  • develop their authentic identities

  • develop their strengths

  • learn to take care of their emotional worlds

Teen Therapy

Therapy doesn't feel like therapy when hands are busy. Teens take ownership and responsibility for their mental health through actively creating art - all while getting support with navigating the complexities of being a teen. My teen clients have shared that the safe-privacy they feel in our time is like a personal diary, that they can unload, they learn to face fears, and learn to express about difficult things, and enjoy developing into who they want to be.

Child-Centered Play Therapy 6+

My approach is child-centered, child-led.

Kids get choices on how they process and express themselves: whether its through creating art, playing, dancing, or talking. We work gently and deeply, so they can to learn to release emotions in healthy ways, while growing into a strong, confident, and authentic kid.

Parent Coaching

Caregiver consultation and support is an important part of kid and teen therapy. Parents and caregivers get to meet 1:1 to delve into the unique complexities of their kids, and recieve emotional and tactical support.

It takes a village

I partner with caregivers to support the whole family in finding balance, understanding, and healing.
